Using blockchain, our system provides the highest level of security for patient records and allows patients to have the primary control to share these tamper-proof records with their doctor, insurer, or researcher knowing at any time who is viewing their data.

Connect healthcare facilities to the mobile app Aria’s Health and by doing this be available to send medical records requested to its owners, the patients.

The challenge:

Create a Saas that allows healthcare facilities to send medical records to every patient who request them.
For this, the software needs to receive the request, confirm the data, and send or reject the request.
The health care facilities need to upload data of hundreds of patients easily and confidentially to be sent.
The healthcare facility needs to manage this data and organize it. Different roles will be needed.

Design the new platform for Aria that will connect hospitals, clinics, and medical offices with their patients, allowing them to send their medical records through it when requested. All this from starting with a UX Research through a Design Thinking Process and following a very detailed Functional Specification document.

Improve the UX and UI experience in order to offer a better interaction to their users for the current mobile app.
Analyzed user feedback and data to identify areas of improvement and inform product decisions
